Hi, I’m Gilly and currently meandering through middle age. Having been published on the Mind website for World Menopause Day and in Menopause Matters magazine I have created this space to continue blogging. I am 54 with three grown sons who are adopted and a beautiful grand-daughter. My two younger sons are non-verbal autistic and live with me full time. I’m a therapist and a student, having embarked on my first degree aged 52!
